Vanov Holdings Company Limited published its 2025 Annual Report on 27 April 2026. The English and Chinese versions are now available on both the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Company’s site (http://www.vanov.cn). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents have been mailed hard copies.

The Company reiterated that, further to its 25 July 2024 notice, it has formally adopted an electronic-only distribution model for all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules. Consequently, printed materials will be provided solely upon request.

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to supply their email addresses to the banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which their shares are held, ensuring timely receipt of digital documents. Requests for hard copies can be submitted without charge by emailing vanov.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by writing to the Company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
