Lewin进一步分析称，在激烈的市场竞争中，缺乏核心技术创新能力的软件公司最易受到冲击。当更高效的解决方案出现时，现有企业的客户资源和技术壁垒可能被快速瓦解，导致其市场地位遭到"去中介化"挑战。
值得注意的是，这种行业洗牌现象并非短期波动，而是伴随着技术迭代自然形成的市场规律。投资者需警惕那些产品迭代缓慢、客户粘性较低的软件企业，这类资产可能在未来三到五年内显现价值衰减信号。
