Antengene Repurchases 0.12 Million Shares at Average HKD 3.45; Treasury Stock Rises to 2.18 Million

Antengene Corporation Limited disclosed through an HKEX Next Day Disclosure Return that it bought back 117,500 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026. The on-exchange transactions were executed within a price band of HKD 3.405 to HKD 3.58 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.4466 and an aggregate outlay of approximately HKD 0.40 million.

Following the transaction, Antengene’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.017 % to 687.36 million, while treasury shares increased to 2.18 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 689.54 million.

The purchase was made under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 10 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 67.92 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.98 million shares, equivalent to 2.91 % of the authorised limit and 0.29 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

In accordance with HKEX Main Board rules, Antengene is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026. The company affirmed that all repurchases complied with regulatory requirements and that no material changes have occurred to the explanatory statement filed on 29 April 2026. The disclosure was authorised by Chairman Dr. Jay Mei.
