According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 31, Chairman and Executive Director Chiu Tat Wai increased his holdings in FE HOTELS (00037) by 14 million shares, with a transaction price of HKD 0.48 per share, totaling HKD 6.72 million.
Following this acquisition, Chiu Tat Wai's latest shareholding amounts to approximately 225 million shares, representing a 29.95% stake in the company.
