Pico Far East lifts share count by 0.75% through option exercise and scrip dividend

Pico Far East Holdings Limited reported two minor equity issuances that increased its outstanding ordinary shares to 1.28 billion as of 26 May 2026.

The first event occurred on 18 May 2026, when 4,000 new shares were issued at HKD 1.30 each upon the exercise of options granted under the 2022 Share Option Scheme. This allotment represented 0.0003% of the company’s pre-issue share base.

A larger issuance followed on 26 May 2026, with 9.49 million shares distributed at HKD 2.522 per share under the scrip dividend alternative for the special dividend relating to the fiscal year ended 31 October 2025. This tranche expanded the share capital by 0.75%.

Cumulatively, the company’s issued share capital rose by 9.49 million shares during the period, taking the total from 1.27 billion to 1.28 billion shares. No treasury shares were held, issued, or cancelled, and no share repurchases were reported.
