MICROWARE (01985) announced that at the board meeting held on August 14, 2025, the board of directors resolved to propose the declaration and payment of a one-time special dividend of HK$0.10 per share from the company's share premium account, subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the annual general meeting to be held on August 29, 2025.
