BAIOO Chairman Adds 246,000 Shares, Stake Rises to 24%

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited (BAIOO) disclosed that Executive Director and Chairman Dai Jian increased his personal stake in the company through an on-market purchase executed on 30 March 2026.

Stmoritz Investment Limited, a vehicle indirectly controlled by Mr. Dai, bought 246,000 ordinary shares at an average price of HK$0.436 per share, representing a cash outlay of approximately HK$0.11 million.

Post-transaction, Stmoritz directly holds about 688.19 million BAIOO shares, corresponding to roughly 24.0% of the company’s issued share capital.

BAIOO’s board now consists of three executive directors—Mr. Dai Jian, Mr. Wu Lili and Mr. Li Chong—and four independent non-executive directors: Ms. Liu Qianli, Dr. Wang Qing, Mr. Ma Xiaofeng and Mr. Wei Kevin Cheng.
