上海实业环境(00807)董事会公告，拟在2026年4月29日召开的股东周年大会上批准截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股普通股为0.011新元。若获批准，该末期股息将于2026年5月29日派发，派息对象为于2026年5月8日下午5点前登记在公司股份转让簿和股东登记册的股东。
本公司新加坡股份登记处办公地址为36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877；香港股份登记处为香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号舖。有关股份转让须分别于2026年5月8日下午5点（新加坡）及同日下午4点30分（香港）前完成登记，方可享有上述末期股息。
为确定在新加坡股东名册及香港股东分册登记的股东就收取新元或港元之末期股息的资格，任何于两地股东名册之间的股份调迁须不迟于2026年4月30日下午4点前提交，以在派付日前生效。有关新元兌港元汇率将于适当时另行公告。
