Iran says the US has accepted some of the conditions it proposed.

Iran's Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei said on the 11th that the United States has accepted some of the conditions Iran put forward regarding the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, but the situation remains unclear regarding other conditions raised by Iran.

In an interview broadcast by Iran's news television on the 11th, Rezaei made the remarks and elaborated on recent communications between Iran and the United States.

Rezaei said: "Over the past two months, the US side has asked Iran to put forward proposals through three different channels: Pakistan, Qatar, and Iraq. Iran proposed seven conditions to the US side and clearly informed it that unless these conditions are met, it will not open the Strait of Hormuz to it, nor will it conduct any negotiations."

Rezaei said the US side has now responded, "but Iran believes the response is insufficient." He stressed that the US must clarify certain ambiguities, and Iran needs to see whether the US can remove Iran's doubts so that follow-up work can proceed.

Rezaei said that if the United States once again launches aggression against Iran, US assets in West Asia, including critical data systems and artificial intelligence facilities, will become targets. Iran is prepared to demonstrate new military capabilities if fighting reignites.

Rezaei also rejected US claims that the Strait of Hormuz is in an open state. He said some vessels are operating through smuggling networks, shipping volume through the strait remains far below pre-war levels, and Iran will continue to hold management authority over the Strait of Hormuz.

Iranian Foreign Minister: willing to provide all assistance for a political resolution of the Yemen conflict.

On the evening of the 11th local time, Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi spoke by phone with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal to exchange views on the current regional situation. Araghchi expressed concern over the escalation of regional tensions and stressed that insisting on military means while ignoring a political resolution will only make the current situation more complicated.

Araghchi stressed that there is no military solution to the crisis in the region, and Iran is willing to provide all assistance aimed at facilitating dialogue between Saudi Arabia and Yemen and ultimately reaching a political solution.
