CCIAM FUTURE EN (00145) announced that Mr. Baowenguang has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee, effective from February 1, 2026.
Following the expiry of his service contract with the company, Mr. Yang Weixiong has resigned from his position as Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from February 1, 2026.
Subsequent to Mr. Yang's resignation, he will also cease to serve as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee.
