Nanofilm Technologies International Limited Strikes Off Dormant Subsidiary

Nanofilm Technologies International Limited announced that its indirect wholly-owned unit, Nanofilm Ventures Pte. Ltd., was struck off the Register of Companies with effect from Jan, 10 2026 under Section 344A of the Singapore Companies Act.

The group said Nanofilm Ventures had been dormant prior to the application and that the striking-off is not expected to have any material impact on its consolidated earnings per share or net tangible asset value per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

The company added that none of its directors has any direct or indirect interest in the transaction beyond their shareholdings in Nanofilm Technologies International Limited.
