随着SpaceX和OpenAI等高估值科技公司准备上市，交易所运营商正试图加快IPO进程。纳斯达克全球指数解决方案负责人利利亚表示，纳斯达克正考虑调整规则，以确保新上市的大型公司及转板公司无需经历长达一年甚至更长时间的等待即可纳入纳斯达克100指数。纳斯达克表示，包括“快速纳入”机制在内的新规则将于5月1日生效，但大多数调整预计要到6月才会对指数成分产生影响。
