Want Want China to Hold AGM on 25 Aug 2026; Votes Scheduled on FY 2026 Results, Final Dividend, Board Composition and Mandates

Want Want China Holdings Limited will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 9:00 a.m. on 25 August 2026 at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel, Hong Kong. Shareholders are asked to consider seven ordinary resolutions covering financial reporting, capital returns, board composition, auditor reappointment and general share mandates.

Key resolutions 1. Financial statements and reports: Approval of the audited consolidated financial statements and the directors’ and auditor’s reports for the year ended 31 March 2026.

2. Final dividend: Declaration of a final dividend for FY 2026.

3. Board composition and remuneration: • Re-election of executive directors Mr. Tsai Wang-Chia and Mr. Tsai Ming-Hui. • Re-election of independent non-executive directors Mr. Hsieh Tien-Jen, Mr. Lee Kwok Ming and Mr. Pan Chih-Chiang. • Authorisation for the board to set directors’ remuneration.

4. Auditor: Reappointment of Ernst & Young and authorisation for the board to determine their fees.

5–7. Share mandates: • General mandate for the board to repurchase shares. • General mandate to allot, issue and deal with additional shares. • Extension of the issuance mandate by the amount of shares repurchased under the repurchase mandate.

Proxy logistics • The proxy form must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 9:00 a.m. on 23 August 2026. • Shareholders may appoint the AGM chairman or another proxy to vote on their behalf; multiple proxies are permitted if shareholdings are split. • Completion of the proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person.
