现恆建築控股披露截至2025年9月30日的中期财报，营收1.77亿港元，与上年同期1.38亿港元相比增加约3920万港元。经调整净利润2740万港元，而上年同期净亏损为1720万港元，实现由亏转盈。毛利由上年同期的-940万港元转为3460万港元，毛利率从-6.8%提升至19.5%。报告期内，经营活动产生的现金流约2560万港元，上年同期则为-2020万港元。管理及其他运营费用为880万港元，较上年同期减少40万港元，其占总营收比例也明显降低。
业务分项
报告期内主要收入来自香港私营建筑项目，共有7个项目贡献营收1.77亿港元，而上年同期则有10个项目贡献1.38亿港元。前五大项目合计贡献1.72亿港元，占总营收比重显著，其中最大项目收入占比达到67.5%。同期新签项目数量暂无增加，共有6个在建项目，未完工合约金额约2.41亿港元。管理层指出，项目毛利率改善的主要原因在于部分在建项目正处于较高贡献阶段。
