中庆環境股份有限公司（01855）（下称“中庆股份”）8月7日公告称，基于对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审阅的综合管理账目及目前可得资料的初步评估，预计报告期将录得除税后亏损约人民币5.0百万元至人民币20.0百万元。上年同期，公司曾实现除税后溢利约人民币36.3百万元。
公司表示，业绩由盈转亏主要由于两方面因素：一是集团重点项目陆续进入收尾竣工阶段，导致报告期内收益确认减少；二是新增订单尚处于前期落地阶段，暂未形成收入贡献。在收入下降的同时，成本未能相应降低，导致毛利及毛利率下滑。
中庆股份指出，上述数据未经公司核数师及审核委员会审阅，相关财务信息仍有待进一步确认与调整。公司预计将在2026年8月前后按上市规则刊发正式的中期业绩公告。
