博雅互动2026年第一季度营收1.33亿港元,经调整净利润-4.79亿港元

2026年第一季度,博雅互动实现营收约1.33亿港元,同比上升19.1%。本季度经调整净利润录得-4.79亿港元,相较去年同期的-2.13亿港元,亏损幅度扩大124.3%。

本季度毛利约0.96亿港元,同比增长23.6%,毛利率从去年同期的69.2%提升至71.8%。经营活动现金流入约为0.27亿港元,较上年同期的0.32亿港元有所下滑。与此同时,销售及市场推广开支为约0.94亿港元,同比减少36.2%;行政开支约0.28亿港元,同比减少20.3%。研发投入约0.16亿港元,较去年同期小幅下降。

从业务分项看,网络游戏收入约1.31亿港元,同比增长20.2%。其中,“德州扑克”收入0.89亿港元,同比增长29.1%,“其他棋牌”收入0.42亿港元,同比增长4.7%。付费玩家约10.4万人,同比减少54.2%;日活跃用户约66.9万人,同比下降46.3%;月活跃用户约292.4万人,同比下降33.4%。公司方面解释,网络游戏板块的收入增幅主要受节日运营及多主题限时活动拉动,道具生态价值亦有所提升。

公司提到,本期大额经调整亏损主要与所持有比特币在市场行情下的公允价值变动有关,数字资产公允价值的下行对整体业绩产生显著影响。管理层表示,未来将继续加大对Web3游戏业务及生态基建的投入,并在游戏产品优化运营、丰富业务模式等方面保持投入。
