Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited reported that 1947 Trustee Limited, acting as trustee of the 1947 Trust and classified as a person closely associated with certain executive directors, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the company.
The transaction, carried out on May, 28 2026 on the Singapore Exchange, was executed at an average price of US$65.5535 per share, representing a total consideration of approximately US$1.97 million.
