NET-A-GO TECH (01483) released unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Revenue dropped 47.1% year-on-year to HK$95.56 million after the termination of the advertising-rights contract in October 2025 eliminated HK$128.19 million of media-segment income booked a year earlier.

Segment mix shifted sharply: • Environmental maintenance revenue rose 28.2% to HK$46.21 million, delivering segment profit of HK$7.12 million (FY25: HK$2.40 million). • Media advertising and marketing recorded no revenue and a marginal loss of HK$0.56 million (FY25 loss: HK$10.49 million). • Trading revenue, now focused on robots and refurbished electronics, climbed to HK$49.35 million (FY25: HK$16.47 million from cosmetic products) but slipped to a HK$0.24 million loss (FY25 profit: HK$29.24 million).

Group gross profit contracted to HK$10.03 million (FY25: HK$33.44 million). A HK$19.88 million fair-value loss on listed securities outweighed a HK$16.23 million disposal gain, pushing operating result to a HK$4.00 million loss (FY25 profit: HK$20.94 million).

After finance income of HK$1.50 million and tax expense of HK$2.06 million, loss attributable to equity holders was HK$7.51 million versus a HK$47.54 million profit a year earlier. Basic and diluted loss per share were HK1.0 cent; no interim dividend was declared.

Cash and cash equivalents improved 9.0% to HK$240.24 million, aided by the February placement of 80 million new shares at HK$0.88, which raised net proceeds of about HK$70.20 million. The funds have been fully deployed: HK$17.55 million to expand trading operations, HK$24.57 million to embodied-intelligent-robot initiatives and HK$28.08 million for working capital.

Total assets fell to HK$399.16 million (31 Dec 2025: HK$464.88 million) while equity slipped to HK$41.14 million after losses and share-based adjustments. The current ratio remained positive with HK$396.04 million in current assets against HK$355.28 million in current liabilities.

Management is pivoting toward embodied-intelligent robots through newly formed subsidiary Yuxing Topology, aiming to supplement environmental-maintenance contracts with higher-growth technology revenue streams in forthcoming periods.
