ZhongKe Group Holdings Maintains Stable Share Capital Structure in August 2026 Monthly Return

ZhongKe Group Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming stability across all equity metrics.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 100.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. No adjustments were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital also remained steady at 77.67 million ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares on record. Consequently, total issued shares were unchanged at 77.67 million.

ZhongKe Group affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25%, indicating sufficient free-float liquidity as of month-end.

The filing reported no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no share repurchases, redemptions or new issues during the period.

Company Secretary Chan Siu Kei Ken submitted the report on 4 September 2026, stating that all regulatory and listing rule obligations have been duly observed.
