CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) announced that effective January 27, 2026, due to a job transfer, Mr. Xie Qiufa will cease to serve as the company's Joint Company Secretary and Chief Accountant. Mr. Xu Jiapeng has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, and Ms. Xu Junmei has been appointed as Chief Accountant.
