大禹金融控股有限公司(1073)宣布，其全资附属公司于2026年2月5日通过场外市场折价出售面值1.0百万美元的NWD Finance (BVI) Limited票据。该票据由新世界发展有限公司(17)担保。截至目前，集团已累计出售面值合计3.7百万美元的同类票据，总收益约21.4百万港元，预期可实现约6.5百万港元的变现收益。
根据公告，此次交易是于12个月内陆续出售相关永续票据的一部分，交易总金额触发上市规则适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%的区间，需要按照香港联交所上市规则第十四章进行申报及公告。票据发行人NWD Finance (BVI) Limited为新世界发展有限公司的全资附属公司，相关票据票息年利率为5.25%，首个赎回日期为2026年3月22日。
公告指出，自2025年5月起，上述票据暂停支付酌情票息。大禹金融控股指出，鉴于近期票据价格上涨，本次出售的折价交易使集团获得相应变现收益。该集团主营证券交易、资产管理、放债及相关金融服务，拟将所得约21.4百万港元运用于其他更具吸引力的投资机会。公司认为本次交易条款公平合理，并符合集团及股东整体利益。
