Sinotrans Limited (00598) Completes Disposal of 25% Equity Interest in Loscam International

Sinotrans Limited (00598) announced that all conditions for disposing of 25% equity interest in Loscam International had been met as of 21 October 2025, and the transaction has now been finalized.
According to the consideration received and Loscam International’s carrying value, Sinotrans expects a post-expense gain of approximately RMB1.65 billion (excluding tax effects) from the disposal, pending confirmation in the audited financial statements. Following the completion, Sinotrans Limited retains a 20% indirect interest in Loscam International, which remains an associate of the company.
