香港时间2026年7月24日，易大宗控股有限公司（01733，下称“易大宗”）发布自愿公告称，其全资附属公司海南富多达供应链管理有限公司（下称“海南富多达”）近期与两家银行签署补充或合作协议，获批合计4亿元人民币授信额度，易大宗及另一附属公司将就相关授信提供连带责任担保。
根据公告，东亚银行（中国）有限公司北京分行同意向海南富多达提供不超过3亿元人民币的贸易融资授信，期限自2026年7月14日至2029年6月4日。授信可用于开立信用证、申请押汇及其他日常业务。易大宗将为该笔授信提供企业担保。
同时，华夏银行股份有限公司三亚分行拟向海南富多达提供不超过9亿元人民币的综合授信，其中授信净额1亿元人民币，期限自2026年6月25日至2027年6月25日。易大宗及其全资附属公司内蒙古浩通能源股份有限公司将分别就上述1亿元净额部分提供企业担保。
董事会表示，相关补充协议及授信合作预计将为海南富多达提供额外资金渠道，增强现金流，且协议条款经公平磋商，认为符合公司及股东整体利益。公告并确认，两家合作银行及其最终实益拥有人与易大宗及其关连人士均为独立第三方。
