金涌投资宣布，全资子公司Redwood Elite Limited于4月1日在公开市场再度出售迅策科技300,000股股份，成交总额约6,410.10万港元，成交均价约213.67港元/股。加上此前12个月内已完成的多笔交易，集团累计减持迅策829,200股，累计成交金额约1.45亿港元。
本次交易后，金涌投资已完全退出迅策股权，所售股份占迅策已发行股份总数约0.26%。
金涌投资的投资成本约4,631.00万港元，预计录得除税前收益约9,847.70万港元，相关数字待核数师审阅及最终审计确认。所得款项拟用作一般营运资金。
交易按迅策股份当日市价在联交所完成，买方均为独立第三方。公司表示，此举符合其风险管理及投资组合调配策略，同时仍对迅策长远前景保持乐观。
根据上市规则，本次交易及累积交易的最高适用百分比介乎5%至25%之间，构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关申报及公告要求。
迅策科技主营实时数据基础设施及分析解决方案，2025年度收入约128.47亿元人民币，两年持续亏损。
