LX Technology forecasts 300% jump in H1 net profit to RMB20.00 million on robust AI-driven computing power demand

The board of LX Technology announced a positive profit alert, indicating a sharp rebound in earnings for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Management expects unaudited consolidated net profit to reach about RMB20.00 million, a year-on-year surge of approximately 300.0% from RMB4.90 million in the same period of 2025.

Gross profit is projected to rise by no less than 75%, climbing to roughly RMB180.00 million versus RMB101.90 million a year earlier. The company attributes the improvement to rapid expansion of its device lifecycle management solutions business, which supplies scalable computing capacity to clients engaged in artificial-intelligence and other compute-intensive workloads.

According to the statement, strategic adjustments to the business mix—particularly the focus on higher-margin computing-power products and services—have enhanced operational efficiency and profitability, bolstering long-term growth prospects.

LX Technology plans to release its full interim results on 27 August 2026, following a board meeting scheduled for the same day that will also consider an interim dividend.

The figures released are based on unaudited management accounts and may be adjusted in the forthcoming interim results. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
