中国天弓控股有限公司（00428）8月27日公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未經審核綜合管理賬目初步评估，预计报告期间录得本公司拥有人应占净亏损约37.0百万港元；而上年同期（截至2025年6月30日止六个月）则录得净溢利约3.0百万港元，公司业绩由盈转亏。
公司指出，业绩变化主要由两项因素驱动： 1. 报告期间持有的公开交易股本投资表现疲弱，导致产生未变现亏损约33.0百万港元，而上年同期的未变现亏损约为3.4百万港元； 2. 报告期间出售公开交易股本投资产生已变现亏损净额约0.8百万港元，而上年同期则录得已变现收益净额约11.0百万港元。
公告强调，以上数据基于董事会对未經審核綜合管理賬目及现有资料的初步评估，未经核数师审阅或审核，亦未经过审核委员会审阅；最终中期业绩详情将于2026年8月31日公布。
