CHINACOMSERVICE Seeks Shareholder Approval for H-Share Repurchase Mandate at 28 May 2026 Class Meeting

China Communications Services Corporation Limited (abbreviation: CHINACOMSERVICE) has issued a proxy form for its 2026 Second H-Shareholders’ Class Meeting, scheduled for 28 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (or immediately after the Domestic Shareholders’ Class Meeting) at Block No. 1, Compound No. 1, Fenghuangzui Street, Fengtai District, Beijing.

The single agenda item is a special resolution authorising the Board to secure a general mandate to repurchase H shares. Registered H-shareholders may appoint one or more proxies—who need not be shareholders—to attend and vote. Completed proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Joint shareholders may vote in person or by proxy, with precedence given to the name appearing first on the register. Attendance in person overrides any previously submitted proxy.
