5月23日，英诺赛科再涨超8%，昨日放量大涨超14%！近日英伟达携手纳微引爆氮化镓热潮。
隔夜纳微半导体大涨超160%，此前该公司宣布与英伟达合作开发下一代800伏高压直流（HVDC）架构，为包括Rubin Ultra在内的GPU提供支持的“Kyber”机架级系统供电。纳微的氮化镓和碳化硅技术将在这一合作中发挥关键作用。
据悉，英诺赛科是一家聚焦氮化镓的第三代半导体领军企业。根据弗若斯特沙利文的数据，英诺赛科2023年的收入在全球氮化镓功率半导体企业中排名第一，市场份额高达33.7%。今年4月，英诺赛科宣布与意法半导体签署了一项基于氮化镓功率技术开发与制造的联合开发协议，拟在未来几年内共同推动该技术在消费电子、数据中心、汽车及工业电源系统等领域的应用。
