CDL Investments New Zealand Limited (CDI) reported a net profit of 11.1 million Singapore dollars for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, down from 15.4 million Singapore dollars a year earlier.
Revenue, comprising property sales and rental income, fell 22.3% to 38.1 million Singapore dollars. Profit before tax declined to 15.4 million Singapore dollars from 26.7 million Singapore dollars in 2024.
Total assets stood at 331.6 million Singapore dollars, while shareholders’ funds edged up to 321.2 million Singapore dollars. Net tangible assets were 109.7 Singapore cents per share. Earnings per share came in at 3.78 Singapore cents, compared with 5.28 cents the previous year.
The board declared a fully-imputed final dividend of 1 Singapore cent per share, with a record date of May, 01 2026 and payment on May, 15 2026. A dividend reinvestment plan will apply.
CDI said subdued residential property market conditions weighed on sales during the year, but the company continued to progress its development pipeline and maintained a strong balance sheet.
