Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (AIRDOC-B) disclosed that it repurchased 54,300 H-shares on 22 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$9.495 to HK$9.88, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$9.7505 per share and an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$0.53 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued H-share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.054% to 100.66 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 2.91 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 103.57 million.

The latest purchase brings the cumulative number of shares bought under the repurchase mandate granted on 26 June 2026 to 716,700, equivalent to 0.71% of the 101.38 million shares outstanding when the mandate was approved. The current authorisation permits AIRDOC-B to repurchase up to 10.14 million shares, leaving roughly 9.42 million shares, or about 9.30% of the original mandate, still available.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 22 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following this buy-back.
