H&H International Holdings (01112) announced that for the three months ended March 31, 2026, total revenue increased by 34.4% on a reported basis compared to the same period last year, reaching RMB4.26 billion. All business segments maintained positive growth momentum. The Adult Nutrition and Care Products division and the Baby Nutrition and Care Products division demonstrated particularly strong performance, reflecting the seasonal impact of the Lunar New Year holiday and a temporary surge in demand for Biostime infant formula due to new industry developments during the period. High-margin nutritional supplements accounted for 59.9% of revenue. Vitamin, herbal, and mineral supplement products, infant and child probiotics, and pet nutrition products achieved growth of 24.2%, 23.1%, and 16.3%, respectively, on a like-for-like basis. The Adult Nutrition and Care Products division grew by 26.3% year-on-year, achieving strong double-digit growth in Mainland China, the Australia-New Zealand domestic market, and expansion markets. The Baby Nutrition and Care Products division surged by 60.9%, driven by a 74.4% strong increase in infant formula business in Mainland China. The infant and child probiotics business also showed robust growth, increasing by 23.1% year-on-year. The Pet Nutrition and Care Products division rose by 1.5% on a like-for-like basis, contributing 11.6% to total revenue. The growth momentum for high-margin pet nutrition continued to strengthen, with Zesty Paws growing by 15.5% on a like-for-like basis. The company continued to steadily optimize its balance sheet. As of March 31, 2026, total debt was further reduced by over RMB300 million compared to December 31, 2025, primarily due to the voluntary early repayment of more than RMB500 million equivalent in US dollar term loans using the Group's internal liquidity, which was enhanced by incremental low-cost RMB borrowing.
