北京鹰瞳科技发展股份有限公司（“鹰瞳科技-B”，02251）于2026年9月11日公告，基于此前购回授权，在香港联交所场内以每股8.155港元至8.495港元的价格区间，回购H股股份15,900股，涉及总金额约13.32万港元。本次回购股份约占回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的0.016%。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数变动为100,971,113股，库存股份数增至2,596,900股。公司此前于2026年6月26日通过购回授权，授予回购股份总数为10,137,961股，截至当前已累计回购408,500股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份数目的0.4029%。
公司确认，本次回购行为已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事张大磊签署。
