8月7日，炙龙控股有限公司（08493）发布公告称，其间接全资附属公司运力有限公司已于2026年8月5日被香港高等法院颁令清盘。凯晋企业顾问有限公司的马德民及黄国强已获破产管理署署长委任为运力的共同及各别临时清盘人。

清盘令源于李天送于2026年5月14日根据《公司（清盘及杂项条文）条例》（香港法例第32章）向香港高等法院提出的清盘呈请。公司表示，在2026年6月30日止六个月中期业绩编制期间进行例行法律查册时，才首次得悉该呈请，其后立即向法律顾问寻求意见。

运力为在香港注册成立的有限公司，曾经营本集团旗下唯一一家粤菜酒家，该酒家已于2025年10月13日停止营业。截至2025年12月31日止年度，运力的收益占集团收益逾5%；截至2025年12月31日，运力的净负债总额约为29百万元。

炙龙控股表示，正在评估清盘令对集团财务状况的影响，并将按GEM上市规则于适当时候另行发布公告。目前，集团透过其他附属公司经营四间酒家，并于2026年8月5日在尖沙咀东开设一间新中式餐厅，现正试业。

应公司要求，炙龙控股股份自2025年10月20日09:00起在联交所暂停买卖，直至另行通知，以待履行复牌指引。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者买卖公司证券时务请审慎行事。
