据国家统计局最新公布的数据显示，5月份一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格同比下降1.7%，降幅比上月收窄0.4个百分点；二、三线城市新建商品住宅销售价格同比分别下降3.5%和4.9%，降幅分别收窄0.4个和0.5个百分点。二手房市场表现更为亮眼，一线城市二手住宅销售价格同比下降2.7%，降幅比上月收窄0.5个百分点；二、三线城市二手住宅销售价格同比分别下降6.1%和6.9%，降幅分别收窄0.4个和0.5个百分点。
这一数据显示中国房地产市场正逐步企稳，特别是二手房市场的改善对贝壳这样的房产服务平台具有积极影响。国家统计局新闻发言人付凌晖表示，今年以来，随着各项稳定房地产的政策加快落实，房地产市场继续朝着止跌回稳的方向迈进。这一趋势可能会增加房产交易量，有利于贝壳等房产中介服务提供商的业务发展。
