China Water Affairs Extends Long Stop Date for Non-Listed Warrant Placing to 31 July 2026

China Water Affairs Group Limited has announced an extension to the long stop date for completing its proposed placing of non-listed warrants under a specific mandate.

The company and the placing agent have agreed in writing to move the deadline for fulfilling all conditions precedent under the Warrant Placing Agreement from 30 June 2026 to 31 July 2026. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.

The extension follows earlier disclosures made on 1 April 2026, 18 June 2026 and detailed in the circular issued on 13 May 2026, which collectively outline the framework of the warrant placing.

Chairman Duan Chuan Liang issued the notice on behalf of the board on 30 June 2026. The board currently consists of four executive directors, four non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
