根据公告，公司于2026年9月1日、9月3日及9月7日分别因已发行的强制性可换股债券转换，合计配发及发行7,811,114股、196,874,964股和1,066,020股，分别占此前已发行股本的约0.04%、1.04%及0.01%，每股发行价格为1.60港元。此外，公司于2026年9月8日根据一般授权发行了407,937,848股，约占此前已发行股本的2.16%，每股发行价格为1.471元人民币。经上述变动后，旭辉控股集团的已发行股本增至19,461,442,189股，库藏股数为零。
公告称，该等股份发行均已获董事会正式授权，并严格遵守香港联交所《证券上市规则》及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事林中签署。
