On October 2, County Party Secretary Fan Mu conducted on-site inspections at the Wanshoushan Health and Wellness Town in Hongmao Town, the Luotian No. 1 Bridge project site, and the Qiongzhong E-commerce Logistics Center, gaining a detailed understanding of the holiday tourism market operations, safety production at ongoing projects, and the smooth flow of express delivery and logistics during the holiday period.

At the Wanshoushan Health and Wellness Town in Hongmao Town, Fan Mu inspected the tourism market operations on the ground and listened to reports on scenic area planning and construction as well as tourist reception. He emphasized the need to leverage local ecological resource advantages and deeply explore the project's cultural connotations and distinctive highlights. He also stressed the importance of closely monitoring holiday tourism market dynamics, scientifically managing visitor flow, and strengthening safety hazard inspections and rectification to ensure the tourism market operates safely and orderly. Local authorities and functional departments should proactively provide forward-leaning services to coordinate and resolve challenges in project construction. He called for the integrated coordination of surrounding resources to build Wanshoushan into a comprehensive health and wellness town encompassing dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.

At the Luotian No. 1 Bridge construction site, Fan Mu gathered detailed information about project difficulties and engineering progress. He pointed out that the bottom line of safety production must be strictly upheld, construction site safety management must be strengthened, and engineering construction must proceed safely and orderly. Construction scheduling should be scientifically coordinated, with work schedules reversed and tasks mapped out for battle, ensuring the project advances with high quality according to time nodes and delivers benefits as early as possible. At the same time, heatstroke prevention and cooling measures for frontline workers must be carefully implemented to effectively safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers.

At the Qiongzhong E-commerce Logistics Center, Fan Mu focused on understanding express delivery transportation during the holiday period and carefully listened to enterprises' concerns regarding logistics costs and delivery timeliness. He required relevant functional departments to seriously study and resolve the practical problems reported by enterprises. Enterprises should give full play to the role of the e-commerce logistics platform, continuously optimize the county-township-village three-tier logistics system, unblock logistics channels, and enhance delivery service capabilities to provide solid logistics support for Qiongzhong's rural revitalization.
