STGT buys back 0.75 million shares under ongoing repurchase programme

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Pcl (STGT) announced that on Dec, 18 2025 it repurchased 0.75 million of its own shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, spending approximately 0.24 million Singapore dollars.
The company has now bought back a cumulative 61.21 million shares, equal to 2.14 % of its paid-up capital, for a total consideration of about 17.51 million Singapore dollars.
The buyback forms part of the plan approved on Sep, 18 2025 to repurchase up to 220 million shares, or 7.68 % of the company’s paid-up shares, through on-exchange purchases until Mar, 20 2026.
