根据公告，股份回购将主要通过香港联交所进行，所需资金来源将符合百慕达公司法及上市规则的各项要求，支付购回价的款项应来自符合法律及相关规定的资金。公告指出，适度回购有望在一定程度上改善每股资产净值，从而提升股东回报。公司董事会认为该计划符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公司表示，回购股份的价格区间以过去12个月联交所股价为参考。董事会强调，将根据资金安排和市场环境谨慎行使回购授权，以保持公司稳健的运营及财务状况。公告同时提及，公司2026年6月2日至6月5日暂停办理股份过户，以确定股东参会资格；在股东周年大会上，经各项表决通过后，回购计划方可正式实施。此外，董事会亦建议派发截至2025年12月31日止年度每股0.18港仙的末期股息。
