SHIYUE DAOTIAN (09676) announced that Mr. Chang Bin has resigned from his positions as Non-Executive Director and member of the Board Audit Committee due to personal work commitments. On November 10, 2025, the company's Board of Supervisors received the written resignation of Mr. He Yang, who stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors effective the same day due to changes in work arrangements. Mr. He Yang will continue to serve as the company's Director of Human Resources.

Following approval by the Board Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, the Board has nominated Mr. He Yang as a candidate for Executive Director and Ms. Guo Hong as a candidate for Independent Non-Executive Director, subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
