IMPRO PRECISION Shares Surge Over 4% Following Completion of Placing to Raise Approximately HK$539 Million

Shares of IMPRO PRECISION (01286) have risen by more than 4%.

At the time of writing, the stock is up 4.05% to HK$8.74, with a turnover of approximately HK$42.02 million.

The move follows the company's announcement regarding the completion of its top-up placing.

The placing and subscription were finalized on May 29, 2026, and June 3, 2026, respectively.

In accordance with the terms of the agreements, the placing agent successfully allotted a total of 60 million shares at HK$9.10 per share to no fewer than six placees on May 29.

Subsequently, on June 3, the company issued and allotted 60 million new subscription shares to the seller at the same price of HK$9.10 per share.

These new shares represent approximately 3.08% of the total issued shares as of the announcement date.

Following the placing, none of the placees are or have become a substantial shareholder of the company.

The company stated that the net proceeds of approximately HK$539 million are intended to support capital expenditures at its factories in Mexico and China.

This funding aims to meet growing demand, particularly in end markets related to artificial intelligence data centers, and to prepare for future capacity, process categories, and the long-term sustainable development of the aerospace sector.

The proceeds will also be used to repay bank borrowings and for general working capital and corporate purposes.
