极兔速递环球有限公司（01519）于2026年2月3日披露截至2026年1月31日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司A类股份本月无新增发行或回购，已发行股份数维持在971,390,048股。B类股份则注销了79,692,600股库存股份，致使B类股份（不含库存股）由上月的7,926,535,257股及79,692,600股库存股合计8,006,227,857股，变动为7,926,535,257股，无库存股份留存。
根据月报，A类及B类股份面值与法定/注册股本均保持不变，在期权及股权激励计划方面无新增授予或行使事项。本次注销的79,692,600股B类股份为公司于2024年10月30日至2025年11月25日先前购回并以库存形式持有的股份。
截至本月末，公司确认已满足适用的公众持股量要求，并继续遵守香港联交所《上市规则》和相关法律法规。本次月报由联席公司秘书郑程杰签署。
