China Qinfa Sees Stable Share Base in August 2026; Confirms 25% Public Float Compliance

China Qinfa Group Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 September 2026.

The authorised share capital remained flat at HKD 2.00 billion, comprising 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 2.63 billion, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

Management affirmed that China Qinfa’s public float comfortably met the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as at 31 August 2026.

No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were created, sold or cancelled during the month. The 2018 Share Option Scheme still had 75.50 million outstanding options, representing a potential 173.84 million new shares if fully exercised; no options were exercised in August, leaving total funds raised at HKD 0.

Convertible instruments also remained static. The Perpetual Subordinated Convertible Securities outstanding stood at HKD 194.70 million, with a conversion price of HKD 1.65 per share—equivalent to a potential 118.00 million new shares.

With both the option pool and convertible securities untouched and no other equity-linked agreements reported, China Qinfa’s overall share capital and ownership structure were unchanged during the period.
