Shanghai Xizhi Sets HK IPO Terms: Up to 13.80 Million H-Shares Priced Between HK$166.60–183.20

Shanghai Xizhi Technology Co., Ltd. has launched its Hong Kong initial public offering, offering 13.80 million H-shares under a Global Offering structure. The deal comprises 689,775 shares (5%) for the Hong Kong Public Offering and 13.11 million shares (95%) for the International Offering, both subject to reallocation.

The indicative price range is HK$166.60 to HK$183.20 per share, with a nominal value of RMB1.00. Investors must apply in board lots of 15 shares. The company has also granted a 15% over-allotment option to issue up to 2.07 million additional shares to cover potential excess demand.

Applications for the Hong Kong tranche open at 9:00 a.m. on 20 April 2026 and close at 12:00 noon on 23 April 2026. Pricing is expected by 24 April, with allotment results published no later than 27 April. Subject to final conditions, trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on 28 April 2026 under the stock code 01879, with shares settling in CCASS and traded in board lots of 15.

China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited acts as stabilising manager, with joint sponsors and bookrunners including CICC and several international banks. Any price-stabilisation measures may be conducted for up to 30 days after the close of the Hong Kong Public Offering, ending on 23 May 2026.
