On 10 March 2026, Oriental Media Group Limited—trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 00018—announced a series of completed corporate changes approved at the 19 January 2026 EGM. The initiatives focus on branding alignment and corporate governance updates and do not affect shareholder rights or the Group’s financial position.

The Registrar of Companies issued a certificate on 12 February 2026 confirming the change of the company name from “Oriental Enterprise Holdings Limited” to “Oriental Media Group Limited” (Chinese: 東方傳媒集團有限公司).

To match the new corporate identity, the English stock short name will switch from “ORIENTAL E H” to “ORIENTAL M G”, and the Chinese short name from “東方企控集團” to “東方傳媒集團”, effective at 9:00 a.m. on 13 March 2026. The stock code remains unchanged at 00018.

A new corporate logo has been adopted with effect from 10 March 2026. Existing share certificates bearing the former name and logo will continue to represent legal title and remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery; no free exchange will be arranged. All new share certificates issued from 13 March 2026 will carry the updated name and logo.

The company website will migrate from “https://oeh.on.cc” to “https://omg.on.cc” on 10 March 2026.

Amendments to the Articles of Association, approved by shareholders on 19 January 2026, took effect concurrently with the change of company name on 12 February 2026.

Board composition as of the announcement date consists of seven directors: Executive Directors Mr. Ching-fat Ma (Chairman), Mr. King-ho Ma (Vice Chairman) and Mr. Shun-chuen Lam (Chief Executive Officer); Non-executive Director Mr. Dominic Lai; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Yat-fai Lam, Ms. Ching-wah Yip and Mr. Hung-kei Tsang.
