公告指出，开曼群岛公司注册处尚未完成登记偿付能力声明及批准股本削减的股东特别大会会议记录文本，这是资本重组的条件之一。公司表示，将适时就经修订时间表另行刊发公告。
据了解，金威医疗曾于2026年5月11日发布通函，披露资本重组相关事宜，包括建议股份合并、已发行股份的建议股本削减及拆细未发行股份等内容。
