On 17 September 2026, CG Services (Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited) announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available on both the company website (www.bgyfw.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to access the online version for timely review.

Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive the printed interim report by mail. Those who cannot access the electronic version or who prefer printed documents can submit a completed Reply Form—enclosed with the notice—to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage-free return, or requests can be emailed to 6098-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.

To receive future Corporate Communications electronically, shareholders must provide a functional email address via the same Reply Form. Until a valid email address is on record, the company will continue to deliver notices of publication and other actionable documents in hard copy.
