On 21 May 2026, Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. reported a repurchase of 341,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$5.28 to HK$5.46, with a volume-weighted average price of HK$5.35, for a total consideration of HK$1.83 million. The transaction represents 0.0781% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the buyback.
Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding decreased from 437.22 million to 436.88 million, while treasury shares rose from 29.50 million to 29.84 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 466.72 million.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 6 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 41.79 million shares. To date, 29.07 million shares—equivalent to 6.96% of the issued share count at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authorisation.
In accordance with HKEX rules, Lianlian DigiTech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 20 June 2026.
