3月26日，市场监管总局召开2026年第一次企业公平竞争座谈会，围绕“规范企业竞争行为，构建企业出海良性竞争生态”主题，与五矿集团、中建集团、 宁德时代 、 比亚迪股份 、 奇瑞汽车 、 DiDi Global Inc. 、 美团-W 等企业有关负责人深入交流，听取意见建议。总局党组成员、副局长孟扬出席会议并讲话。
孟扬介绍了总局在维护市场公平竞争、支持企业培育竞争新优势方面开展的工作。他强调，总局将坚决贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，加强反垄断监管执法，加强企业合规指导，深入整治“内卷式”竞争，深化竞争领域制度型开放，更大力度支持企业开拓国际市场、实现高质量发展。
