回购完成后，威高股份的已发行股份总数变更为4,458,149,524股；其库藏股数增至64,182,800股。公司于2026年5月29日通过关于回购授权的决议，授权可回购上限为446,464,632股。截至本次披露，威高股份已根据该回购授权在港交所等渠道累计回购6,856,800股，占决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的1.5358%。公司公告亦提及，在本次场内回购完成后，新股发行或库藏股再出售、转让的暂止期将持续至2026年10月10日。
